Responsibilities:
Act as the go-to-person for all client BSCS requests and changes related to the online charging system and core billing system.
Transfer understanding of the business system, process, and industry to teams supporting the application Identify and define the business process and perform business process.
Design, document, and deliver new value-added BSCS business solution and processes.
Deliver changes required to deliver new products and services.
Evaluate potential software solutions and request architectures support.
Qualifications/Skills Required:
10+ years of experience from ICT industry.
Over 7 years of CBIO operation and maintenance experience;
CBIO solution Architecture, CBIO integration experience;
Ability to manage the CBIO end to end.
Excellent communication skill and team player.
Multi-vendor Network day to day operation experience.
English and Arabic language skills are mandatory; prior working experience in the same region is considered a big plus.
