Description

Ework is direct supplier to our customer - there are no extra middlelayer. This means that we have good contact with procurement and in many cases, know the stakeholder and his needs.

For our customer we are looking for a Change Partner with main focus on driving and implementing SAP roll out.

The main responsibility of the Change Partner is to support the local Deployment Manager and the team in successfully rolling out business readiness plans.
The change partner has the responsibility to ensure the change activities are in line with the Projects central team and business stakeholders. Extensive travel is to be expected within the selected affiliate.

Role

Change Partner with main focus on change management and deployment support for SAP roll out in the Client affiliates, and refers to the Deployment Manager in the team.

Tasks:
Liaison officer between central programme (Denmark) and The Client affiliates in Europe.
Works with the local country management and Subject Matter Experts (SME) to support the SAP rollout in the

Client affiliates:
Support end users in the adoption of the SAP system and new ways of working.
Management of key stakeholders from top management to end users across Finance, Sourcing and Sales.
Provides general support to deployment team for planning and execution of change, training, communications and role-mapping activities
Accountable for affiliate's business readiness criteria and reporting them to the Deployment Manager
Support with analysing of change impacts and planning of mitigation actions.
Single point of contact for the escalation of the local business for any change risks and issues

Competencies:
Experienced change practitioner with experience driving change management initiatives for international/IT roll outs.
Good understanding of the Client business operations, objectives and performance measures will be an advantage
Good knowledge of SAP and experience as an end user is an advantage (System and solution training will be provided)
Basic Project Management skills
Ability to navigate on all organisational levels
Excellent communication and influencing skills
International experience is necessary
Expected travelling - 70 to 90%
Fluent English is required.
Proficiency in Italian, German, Spanish, French or Portuguese is a clear advantage
