Reward Analyst - DRR

A Leading Financial Service are looking to hire a Reward Analyst on an initial 3 month rolling contract

The necessary individual will hold Directors Remuneration Report experience

To provide support for Group Reward activities, maintaining an effective and compliant remuneration
structure across the Group, whilst ensuring operational excellence, alignment with the needs of the
business and compliance with relevant corporate governance/regulatory requirements.

Role requirements
* Must have Directors Remuneration Report (DRR) experience
* Must have previous Reward experience
* This role will focus on Exec Comp (including Shares Rewards, Bonus etc at this level)
* Ideally with at least with 1-2 years experience who understands the payround process
* Will be crunching numbers in excel so has to be minimum intermediate level including tables, formulas, calculations

Principal Accountabilities:
Support the preparation of Remuneration Committee papers
Support the drafting of the directors' remuneration report and preparation for the AGM
Provide and interpret market data; making recommendations on the value and structure of packages for the Group Executive team
Develop relationships within the reward community, advise and make recommendations on remuneration issues across the Group (UK, US and Asia) in order to promote and facilitate the sharing of ideas and best practice
Support and deliver ad hoc projects for the Group Reward team
