IT LEAD
One of our leading clients is URGENTLY looking for an IT Lead & End User Support (French Speaker) for a 6-12 month contract. The start date is ASAP but flexible for the right IT Lead & End User Support (French Speaker).
The IT Lead & End User Support (French Speaker) should have the following experience:
- Experience in mixed operating system and database environments (SQL), including Windows (Windows 7 & Windows 2012) and creation and maintenance of related documentation on MS Office (in particular Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Very good command of English and French with proven drafting ability.
- ITIL certified and experience of working with ITIL processes, particularly change, incident and problem management.
- Excellent expertise and well-proven experience on the installation, configuration and maintenance of software products for license control, as well as experience in migration and upgrades between different versions.
- Relevant experience in OS Deployment, VPN Support, SCCM, NAS Support, iPhone and iPad will be considered a very valuable asset.
- Experience in evaluating and executing changes and service requests according to provided operating procedures while maintaining agreed service levels and deadlines
