Seasoned Internal Recruiter required to work alongside our Business Process Services Practice with a valued customer.

Responsibilities:
You will be tasked with lending support to the BPS project team through all stages of the recruitment life. Your remit includes being involved in all aspects of hiring into the team from sourcing to onboarding. The selected candidate must be extremely organised and focused and be able to manage multiple roles and processes in an environment that requires quick turnarounds. Hiring high calibre candidates you should be articulate and be able to interact with stakeholders of all levels. This opportunity involves working closely with TCS managers to understand the business and the type of profile that will bring success to the project. You will lead the qualifying of candidates' right through to requisitioning, gaining approval, extending and closing offers. The successful candidate should be proactive and be able to think quickly in a potentially high pressured environment. Should also be analytical and be able to track and use data to improve internal processes.
•Candidates should have some knowledge of In-House recruitment and general principles
•Strong written and verbal communication skills.
