Credit and Risk Co-ordinator required to join a thriving organisation within the Utilities sector, based in Central Solihull.As Credit & Risk Co-ordinator you will be responsible for providing administration and support to operate and enhance cash collection, debt recovery and control account reconciliation procedures relating to energy balancing and revenue.
Role responsibilities:
- Verifying individual breaches of credit limits and ensuring that procedures are subsequently followed to minimise levels of credit exposure.
- Ensuring daily indebtedness information is renewed and that breaches of credit limits are rectified to prevetn excessive exposures.
- Monitoring and reviewing positions of individual customers capturing external commercial inteligence and internal information and proactively deciding upon the best option to pursue.
- Approving debit and credit interest charges, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Providing training and information to customers in respect of securitisation.
Essential skills:
- Qualified or working towards a recognised credit management qualification, alternatively be bale to demonstrate experience operating within a credit and risk function.
- Demonstrating experience in managing significant oerpational processes and systems in a complex and dynamic environment.
