Job Title: Systems Integration Manager

Contract Length: 6.5 Months
Our Client, one of the world's foremost Telecommunications companies, is looking to recruit a Systems Integration Manager to join their business in Hampshire.
Role Specifics:
· SI is responsible for securing all technical resources, including the architect where relevant
· SI is responsible for the interaction between the Architect (HLA), BA (HLR/DBR) & the Solution Designer to support the creation and eventual approval of the SD.
Key Skills:
· The BA will work closely with the SD being it's those requirements that feed the design, but the SI should definitely lead / be involved in those discussions to ensure the requirements are understood - there may be the need for a technical derivate. The SI requirement here is to ensure traceability.
· When the SD is ready we know the SI is then responsible for issuing the above to relevant parties for sizing/vROM (HLA/HLR) & Definition IA (DBR & SD).
Key Experience:
· In all of the above, the PM needs to support the SI in ensuring the work of the BA is complete to allow the SI to drive the SD forwards for approval. Without approval the Definition IA's and eventual Definition Designs are at risk. The PM is of course also responsible for ensuring the money is there for the designer (esp if Capex) and should secure the resource commitment from the SI.
Desirable Skills:
· Take SD forward to implementation, ensure build is tested and the testing strategy is agreed (Artefact from Definition) and executed. Working with testing teams to agree test schedule and support all test activities from execution to defect resolution.
Build deployment plan and be responsible for pre-deployment and deployment activities, support subsequent Warranty
