Storage And Backup Specialist required for a project with a leading Telecoms company based in Stockholm, Sweden.
This is a very interesting and promising assignment from February till the end of June with eventual possibility for extension.
Storage/Backup Specialists
On behalf of our client in the Telecoms sector we are searching for 2 Storage/Backup specialists who are available immediately. Start date can be flexible upon discussion.
It is possible for one of the consultants to be based in Helsinki, however it is preferred that both consultants perform their assignments in Stockholm.
Requirements:
- Production experience in large environments and large scale migrations are a requirement.
- Deep knowledge in HP 3PAR and NetApp storages are a requirement
- Deep knowledge in Legato Networker and CommVault is a requirement
- Knowledge in Cisco MDS storage network is a requirement.
- Hands-on experience in administrating San/storage in large enterprise environments.
- Experience of capacity planning and performance troubleshooting is very meritorious
- Proficient in providing technical and operational support
- Ability to work independently in a demanding environment
- Experience of Datadomain and VTL solutions is very meritorious
- Experience of RedHat Enterprise Linux is meritorious
- Experience of applications (Application Server, and others.) is an advantage
- Hand-on experience in providing backup to applications such as Oracle, Exchange and Microsoft SQL
- Ability to maintain backup and disaster recovery plans
- Familiarity with the Disaster Recovery and Continuity planning
- Managed the configuration of the Servers and maintained the hardware
English is the only language required for this role.
