A Financial Services company are looking for a consultant to join the Distributed Virtual Services Design Team. The role will design virtualisation solutions for the organisation and will look for innovative industry trends to increase efficiency and market delivery.
- Have you ever managed multiple projects simultaneously without direct supervision?
- Have you ever supported a global virtualization environment?
- Have you ever led enterprise wide initiatives or problem resolution for the virtualization platform?
Key Requirements:
- A thorough knowledge and understanding of all VMware technologies is expected.
- Scripting skills and knowledge is essential.
- Ability to create high level documentation for engineering, design, and presentation are essential.
- Strong decision making capabilities with a sense of urgency and prioritization are essential.
- Ability to coach and mentor more junior engineers is essential.
- Basic to advanced secondary knowledge of core platform related technologies such as Linux/Windows Server, AD, networking, and storage.
