Description

Successful candidates will be responsible for providing Application support for a number of Siebel enterprises in a busy Design, Development and Test (DD&T) environment. They'll form part of the a Development Architecture/Dev Ops team who are responsible for maintaining the DD&T infrastructure in support of one of our key clients. Specifically the successful candidate will support Siebel for a number of business critical applications which are developed and supported on behalf of our client. Occasional on call and out of ours support will also be required to support any Production release go live activities.

Essential: Siebel CRM Administration within a Development and Test environment. Siebel Server Installation and configuration within UNIX/Red Hat. Understanding of the Siebel deployment process ie experience in performing hotfixes (SIF's, SRF's, LOV's, WebServices etc.) Configuration of the Siebel Tools Thick client. Ability to create Local Database extracts for developers. CTI - Configuration of Telephony within the Siebel Enterprise (User and Handset configuration within Siebel) Informatica Administration DevOps Toolset Experience (Jenkins, Puppet, GIT, Packer) Desirable: Experience of performing Siebel upgrades (Siebel to IP2015) Configuration of Open UI within the Siebel Application
