Sr. Information Security Compliance Analyst

Atlanta - Cumberland Mall/Galleria

6-month contract

Our client, located in the Cumberland Mall/Galleria area is seeking a Sr. Information Security Compliance Analyst for a contract position.

The Sr. Information Security Compliance Analyst works in support of IT Security compliance requirements and company risk tolerance. This role ensures that adequate and effective security processes, controls, and life cycles are followed and aligned to deliver compliance with security policy and regulatory requirements. The Sr. Information Security Compliance Analyst supports the security compliance program, establishing appropriate assessments, managing and tracking risk mitigation and remediation activities.

This role works with a wide variety of people from different internal customer organizational units, bringing them together to manifest controls that reflect workable compromises as well as proactive responses to current and future information security risks, and produces metrics and communications for Senior Management.

Additionally, the Sr. Information Security Compliance Analyst supports the development and implementation of a company-wide security awareness and education program by providing guidance to developers, other architects and system administrators, while leading continuing development and enhancements of shared application frameworks and act as an advance level collaborator with development and operations on researching new trends in software design, development tools and operational techniques to maximize our performance and ability to deliver new features to customers and partners, to support achievement of business objectives.

You will be supporting policies, procedures and standards.

Providing information security guidance and support across multiple applications and services continuous monitoring security governance deliverables.

Assist in system audits, security assessment reports and performs internal audits.

Required Experience

3-5 years of experience creating and managing documentation within a professional organization.

3-5 years of experience with managing client experiences with demonstrated positive results.

Active experience in the Information/Cyber-Security profession.

Active experience in managing and/or auditing governance and compliance such as SOX, PCI, PII, NIST standards and risk management regulations.

Experience and knowledge of industry IDS/IPS, logging, vulnerability, monitoring, Firewall technology, wireless security, Anti-virus protection, OS patching, data loss prevention and SIEM technology and solutions.

Corporate or government security assessor experience of large, multi-OS, and complex environments.

Ability to manage highly conflicting priorities as a normal occurrence and adjust dynamically.

Preferred Experience

3-5 years of experience creating and managing documentation within a professional organization.

Active experience in the Information/Cyber-Security profession.
