Senior Genesys Engineer (installation)
We are urgently seeking a senior Genesys Engineer (installation) for a major installation in the Copenhagen financial services sector. There is a lot of work to be done so a long duration of at least 2-3 years is expected.
We are not seeking a high-level architect, but a nitty-gritty, roll up the sleeves, hands-on Genesys techie.
The senior Genesys Engineer (installation) will have senior experience implementing the Genesys suite in a wide variety of technical areas such as:
- Web Engagement
- Genesys Callback
- E-Services
- IWD
