*Designing, developing, deploying and operationalizing BMC Remedy suite
*Understanding of Microsoft SCMM/SCOM and Cisco Prime integration with Remedy
*Understanding of ITSM processes for large enterprise network infrastructure, in particular event monitoring, detection, alerting and management
*Implementing change management, asset management and configuration management in Remedy
*Development, testing and execution of system workflow activities
*Preparation of system documentation for functional and technical requirements of all products and subsystems.
*Managing work assignments of team members to assure schedules are being met
