Infrastructure Systems Engineer or Network Security engineer Wanted!
For an fantastic contract opportunity for a large multi-national client we are looking for an infrastructure systems engineer! It's for a project in Amsterdam for at least 6 months + extensions.
The following knowledge, skills & experience are required:. (Strong knowledge of ISP Data centers Design with special focus on IP Networks, Security and Application Delivery Solutions
- Solid knowledge of ISP Systems, Mail platforms, DNS, DHCP, IT systems, DTV Back End -environments
- Strong knowledge of high end Cisco and Nexus platforms
- Strong knowledge of Checkpoint Firewalls including Management Infrastructure as well as Firewall Enforcement Points
- Strong knowledge of Radware and F5 Application Delivery Controller Good Experience with Unix Systems and Scripting languages
Project: The Infrastructure Systems Engineer is required in the current organization to lead and/or contribute into the design and delivery of network projects. She/he collaborates with engineers in the Broadband countries and other Corporate departments (Operations and Design).
Low level design and implementation of aspects related to network and network security for the clients worldwide Datacenters and affiliates networks and datacenters.
Elaborating LLD documents for various network and security projects in close relation to development, expansion, transitions, migrations, provisioning and enablement of Datacenter Networking and Security Technologies from Checkpoint, Cisco IOS and Nexus, F5, routing switching, IPSEC.
Implementation deployment and provisioning of the LLD to production phase.
Elaboration and preparation of handover documents to transfer products and services responsibility to the Operations team like Visio layouts, Diagrams, Schemas, high level design, low level design, utilization manuals.
