Job Description:
Our client is looking for a Certified EC Consultant to help with Hypercare efforts.
- We need a senior EC configuration expert to help client close out all the outstanding incidents from the North America, Latin America and Europe release.
- This resource needs to have deep EC configuration expertise and be able to troubleshoot issues and quickly resolve incidents.
- They may also need to provide configuration expertise to the junior resources on the team.
- Resource also needs to be motivated and a driver to close out incidents in a timely matter.
- Resource must be EC certified including delta exam.
- Resource would need to travel to Battle Creek on a weekly basis and cannot have a MAC laptop.
