Cisco Consultant
For a large Danish company we are looking for a freelance Cisco Consultant to work on-site in Copenhagen/Denmark on a 6 months contract assignment.
The ideal candidate for this role, should have the following skill set:
Routing (BGP, DMVPN, OSPF), both implementation and troubleshooting
Virtual routing appliances. ie CSRv
Security functions (ZBF, ASA, IPSec VPN, CSM, ISE) including virtualization of appliances (ie ASAv)
Liaising with project stakeholder and establishing and documenting the functional and non-functional requirements
Reviewing the existing design against these requirements
Proposing design improvements
Ability to produce quality network documentation with Visio, and proven skills in writing HLD and LLD documents
Fluent Business level English (or Danish)
Eligibility to work in Denmark
Any experience in the following areas will be considered an asset:
DevOps style task tacking in JIRA
Documenting findings and how to in Confluence or the likes
IP address management (eg in Infoblox) - the solution, documenting the process and training
Involvement in configuration management with SolarWinds or the like, to audit and record changes
Netflow
Detailed application analysis to characterize applications in terms of traffic flows
Always-on packet capture systems
Deployment of OOB management network in multiple sites
Involvement in a release management process
