My client is looking for 2 Structures Supervisors for a 3 month initial contract based in Anglesey on a competitive hourly rate.
Must Have Essential Key skills & Background:
- The position requires the individual to have a working knowledge of aircraft structure repairs.
- The successful candidate should be a minimum of Grade B3T within the Company and should hold NVQ Level 3 in Aircraft Engineering Maintenance, or received military aircraft technical training in an aircraft systems discipline or equivalent civilian training.
- Should possess sound fault diagnosis skills.
- Demonstrate a working knowledge of structural repair criteria.
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of aircraft airframe systems, trade related publications and paperwork. Good literacy and numeric skills.
- Current grade of B3T.
- Preferably have attended supervisory management training.
- Should possess experience working in an aircraft engineering environment with practical structural repair experience either in aircraft manufacture or as part of a repair team.
- Able to interpret and follow technical drawings accurately.
