Job Description:
- Experience in installing and configuring WMQ on z/OS.
- Experience in creating MQ objects like Queue Managers, Queues, Channels, Listeners etc.
- Implementing Distributed Queuing on various platforms.
- Implementing Triggering by configuring and monitoring the Channel - Initiators and Trigger Monitors.
- Implemented Clustering mechanism to reduce the administrative tasks.
- Knowledge of Client Server architecture for one to one and one to many connections.
- Provided Application level security for users and groups.
- Experience in troubleshooting the WMQ related issues
- Performed Backup and Recovery of MQ objects.
- Participated in Disaster Recovery Activity.
