Description

Job Purpose:
*Implement and own the Application Lifecycle for a solution
*Ensure the consolidation, technological innovation, evolution and compatibility across IT of solutions
*Ensure that processes are constantly reviewed, improved and harmonized
*Ensure consistent deployment of global workplace, communication and infrastructure solution within the business
*Ensure level 3/4 support as required for the responsible solution area
*Follow clients Security Policies

Main Accountabilities/Measured On:

*Customer satisfaction with solution delivered (business customers and partners, end users)
*Delivery of solutions on time, within budget and according to business case
*Quality of service: achievement of agreed Operational/Service Level Agreement (O/SLA)
*Percentage usage of the solution by the business
*Successful implementation of solutions within the business

Stakeholders:

*IT Security, Risk and Compliance
*Architects
*Project managers
*Peers in workplace and IT Production
*Business customers, Business process owners, key users
*Everest program teams

Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

*Technical design specialist for Windows 7 to Windows 10 migration.
*Support regional IT Production colleagues with their local Windows 7 to Windows 10 migrations.
*Apply Windows 10 supporting structure (GPOs, patching, etc)
*Technical design specialist for device management platform implementation and management.
*Coordinate platform changes with local IM Production and SDM (business application owner) teams.
*Guarantee all work is compliant with internal and external audit requirements and complies with financial and legislative requirements (eg statutory, reporting, tax, )
*Define solutions according to the agreed SLAs and ensure that the solutions are technically robust and fit for purpose.
*Define and set OLAs as required to build and operate the solution; own the continuous improvement of solutions
*Work with the team to ensure the solutions are fully integrated and designed according to specifications and group standard
*Use continual improvement processes based on strong management information to drive service improvement
*Take into account future requirements from IT quality management covering end-user feedback
*Ensure the solution and underlying services are properly described in solution, service and product catalogue
*Contribute to the development of business cases through the provision of solution options, indicative costs and work effort estimates

Management Responsibilities & Decision Power:


*Design approach and creation of function, non-functional and technical design details in alignment with architecture
*Release upgrade cycle for a solution

Professional & Leadership Experience:
 *Strong 3rd/4th level support of Windows desktop OS (Windows 7 and Windows 10).
*Solid experience of Windows 7 to Windows 10 migrations (including update process).
*Solid experience of device management tool design and administration (SCCM, LanDesk, WSUS, etc).
*Experience of EDR and health monitoring tools.
*Solid experience of Active Directory administration and Group Policy management.
*Experience of OS deployments via MDT (and others).
*Experience of file & print services and administration.
*Knowledge of Scripting tools: VB/KiX/Powershell.
*Knowledge of McAfee antivirus and encryption, or similar tools.
*Knowledge of Office 365 services (online tools and client suites).
*Excellent communication, meeting and presentation skills.
*Strong organisation and time management skills. 
*Experience in working in a Global Company.

Education & Training:
 *University degree preferably in a business or technical subject or any comparable education. 
*ITIL 3 certification 
*Project management education and experience a plus 
*Up to date technical certification for required technologies.

Minimum Requirements:
 *Willingness and ability to travel 
*Good to excellent command of English. 
*Any additional language is an advantage especially French, Spanish, German, Italian or Japanese
