Description
SAP Success Factors Solution Architect required to design a cutting edge SAP Success Factors HCM solution for a global end user firm based in New York/New Jersey. Long term contract + extensions, excellent daily rates, ideal location for commuters from the tri-state area (NY/NJ/PA)
Key Deliverables:
- Oversee the design and delivery of the SAP Success Factors solution
- Lead a team of functional Success Factors HCM consultants
- Overall leadership of the clients design network
- Advise on the technical and business implications of specific design choices
- Contribute to overall Enterprise Architect strategy
- Manage programme planning and reporting
- Create solution documentation - system configuration guides - process & application design documents
Key criteria;
- Proven experience designing SAP SuccessFactors solutions
- In-depth knowledge of Success Factors HCM modules & processes - Core HR, Time and Record, Talent, Recruiting, Learning, Payroll etc.
- High level understanding of Cloud based SaaS environments
- Professional services experience is advantageous
- Previous experience leading a team of SAP consultants
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication skills in English - both written and verbal
