Your New role :-
assignment
Task 1:
Taking care of change management according to ITIL specifications. activities:
- The agreement with the user organization to receive change requests within the managed ICT sector;
- Registering and classify and report as necessary on such requests;
- Conducting impact assessments, conducting modification agreement;
- Coordinating and participating in change activities.
Task 2:
Taking care of problem management according to ITIL specifications. activities:
- Taking care of the management of the designated ICT segment (OSI layer 1-3);
- The identification of incident analysis of problems in the managed IT segment;
- The recording and classification of problems identified as such;
- Ensuring error management and the management of so-called work-arounds;.
- Coordinating and participating in problem solving;
- The documents and administration of the intended environments, in the configuration database of the ITIL package.
Task 3:
Taking care c.q. implementing activities under the security plan. activities:
- Setting up / maintaining network security using firewall, anti-virus, URL filtering, etc .;
- Daily monitoring of secure environments and backup procedures.
Task 4:
Drafting, development and implementation of migration plans. activities:
- The establishment and implementation of the migration plan;
- The implementation of the migration plan;
- Communicate to implement over with application administrators and software vendors in the new environment;
- Guides and build receivers for the organization of the modified components;
- The organization informed about the above changes.
candidate Description
Qualifications:
- HBO level, as evidenced by:
- Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of network for both voice and data (management of Windows Server 2008 and later, AD, DHCP, DNS, SCCM, active network components, Exchange 2010, MS Office 2010)
- Adequate knowledge of other IT environments
- Adequate knowledge of Powershell, VBS
- Adequate knowledge of web technology
- Adequate knowledge of system security and ITIL
- Adequate knowledge of hardware (Wise clients, zero clients, PCs, printers, etc.)
- Adequate knowledge of ITIL tool (Topdesk)
- Knowledge of virtual environments (VMware / WMView / App-V / VDI)

Your Skills and experience :-
Essential Skills :-
-having worked detectable in the last 2 years in a virtual environment with VMware and VMView within a government agency.
- having worked demonstrably in the past year Topdesk (ITIL tool).
-Windows Server 2008 and above / AD / DHCP / DNS / SSCM / Exchange 2010 / MS Office 2010.
