Senior Change Manager (ITIL v3)
The IT Infrastructure department of our client is looking for a Senior Change Manager
The Change Manager is responsible for deployment of one change management process and governance within IT. Looking for a Senior level candidate.
Within IT we will go from multiple change control boards to One CAB for IT. You drive the deployment of one change management process and governance. As Change manager, you will facilitate change management process and the CAB Meeting. You will make sure intake, release and service acceptance criteria as provided and improve the quality of the change management. As change manager, you work closely related with the service managers and change coordinators of multiple service providers.
Your Skills and experience :-
Essential Skills :-
. Master degree level
. Approx. 7-12 yrs. of experience in a multi-national company IT environment in a Change Manager.
. ITIL V2/V3, Prince certificates mandatory
. Generic IT knowledge
. Business English is a must
. Decision maker
. Persistent in achieving goals and being explicit on that.
. Feel comfortable to act in a multinational setting and eager to learn and grow.
. Drive continuous improvement of the change management process
