1 - Has more than 5 years DATACOM experience, It is better has work experience of main network vender or carrier operation company. work on HLD/LLD design, and deployment. It is better to be with TD/TL experience.
2 - CCNP, CCIE, HCPE-IP, JNCIE, JNCIP
3 - Has acknowledge of TCP/IP, Ethernet, VLAN, STP, OSPF, ISIS, BGP, MPLS, VPN, Qos, IPRAN, IP Core, IPv6 and so on
4a: Datacom Network design and deployment
b: Datacom network troubleshooting
c: Know project deliver process
d: Has good communication capability, cooperation capability
5 - English and Spanish could be work language
