Description
The successful candidate will work in the Information Security Services division of a global ISP that deliver security policy and document development, system support, maintenance and configuration.
Knowledge & Experience
- Experience in ISP environments, domain registration/DNS/IP registration (Ripe)
- Ability to write security processes on how to protect domain registrations.
- Understanding of DMARC, SPF, DKIM is a plus.
- Strong technical security skills covering the ISPs security disciplines.
- In-depth understanding of IT infrastructure at a network, server, operating system, endpoint and application level.
- Very good awareness of existing and emerging threats and ability to translate to the business
- Proven experience of managing significant large scale security environments
- Experience in helping out large transformational programs across diverse and complex environments
- Significant experience in working with multiple service teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Deep understanding and experience of technologies, supporting tools, platforms and solutions
- Demonstrate strong influencing and persuading skills, encourage colleagues and teams to change established processes and achieve improvements and best practice
- Experience of analysing, assessing and resolving complex technology requirements, problems and issues
