We are currently looking to recruit Customer Support Technicians.
Ideal candidates will be based in have a full driving licence and be happy to work shifts once training is completed. This is an outdoor role, responding to reactive problems in all weathers. There will be a requirement to also work from designated network offices, and in line with customer demand.
You will work within our clients Network Team and be responsible for delivery of customer service and collection of essential regulatory data. These field based roles consist predominantly of dealing with customers impacted by flooding, blockages, pollution and collapses on the wastewater network, together with issues arising from defective apparatus (such as manholes). Providing an excellent customer experience under difficult circumstances, communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
Candidates who have previous customer service experience and knowledge of the Wastewater industry would be ideal for this role. Successful candidates will also be required to be IT literate.
This is a temporary role for initially 12 months working 40 hours per week. Once training is completed shifts will be 8am - 4pm or 2pm - 10pm, between Monday to Sunday.
