Description

Global Account Manager wanted for our Basel based client in the pharmaceutical sector.

Your experience/skills:
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience in working with a multinational team
  • Professional personality with goal-oriented working method
  • Team player with independent work routine as well as high customer orientation
  • Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, knowledge in another language would be a big plus


Your tasks:
  • Building bridges between infrastructure and internal IT customers by establishing partnership and liaising with approx. five assigned accounts
  • Addressing pain points and negative feedback with solution-oriented actionable next steps along with bridging with peers within the infrastructure department
  • Developing and communicating the overall aligned strategic demand for the account as well as negotiating between infrastructure and informatics team to find pragmatic solutions
  • Translating all annual demand into a visual roadmap of the account and regular updates along with owing and moderating regular account meetings
  • Acting as single point of contact for the internal IT customers for all infrastructure needs and suggested improvements
