Oracle Service Cloud Knowledge Advanced or InQuira v8.5 Lead Developer
Required Competencies (Technical):
- Should have experience in Oracle Knowledge Management - InQuira version 8.5 or higher, implementation and production support
- Should have experience in OKM upgrade and evaluation
- Should have played a client facing role
- Should have worked in an onsite-offshore engagement
- Languages: Java, J2EE, Oracle, WebServices, XML, JSON

- Information Manager
- Multi- Lingual Configurations/Set ups
- Analytics
- Advanced Search (NLP, Facet based results etc.)
- Authoring & Publishing artifacts
- Artifact Lifecycle
- KCS methodology
General Skills (Delivery):
- Good team player driving Service Level Fulfillment and owning deliveries.
- Client Interaction for testing, packaging and deployment activities.
- When required being able to provide Application support & Problem/Incident management.
- Show complete ownership in striving for more efficient solutions, incident reduction, and problem management.
- Proactively Initiating/aligning with various initiatives aimed at delivery efficiencies, supporting and driving them to conclusion.
- Ensuring that all delivery processes are adhered to, and are aligned with industrialization initiatives
- Maintaining and providing necessary data and information for various reporting purposes
- Understanding of Project plan and delivering/reporting on activities/tasks planned
- Coaching and mentoring team members.
- Actively review the project financials both internal and external
- Actively manage application stakeholder(s) in all phases of the project
Good to have:
- Oracle Knowledge Advance knowledge
- Knowledge of PHP
- Oracle Service cloud experience
