Description
My client is one of the world's leading software and system integration outsourcers that has been operating for over 30 years, and has over 100,000 employees working towards the latest tech trends and projects.
This a contract role that is available for up to 5 years working as a Solaris Administrator.
Your core skills will include;
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, service oriented, ability to work under pressure
- Ability to perform both technical and a coordination role in troubleshooting, planning, implementation and managing UNIX environment.
- Must have experience in clustering and virtualization
- Ability to utilize available resources for maximizing application availability, server reliability and resource utilization, such as configuring load balancing, server clustering, fault tolerant configurations,patching, virtualization with VMware, LPAR/vPAR/DLPAR, and Etherchannel RAID
