Security Main Frame Engineer - My client, an international financial services business, are looking for an experienced security engineer with IMB CICS experience.
A long term contract maintaining the existing databases and providing security expertise on any updates/development needed to existing maninframes.
Monitor and maintain the security databases for all Mainframe LPARs on all systems.
-Develop and maintain automated processes for security reports.
-Define and implement USS security.
-Monitor the environment for adherence to security standards.
-Define and implement security requirements for new applications and upgrades.
and recommends and implements changes to improve the security product and service.
-Participates in audit activities.
-Assist in creating and implementing security standards, policy and guidelines.
-Through daily interaction, educates users in security principles, policy and practices.
-Review database
-Installation, customization and administration of software
