£65,000 - 6 months contract
The role
Assist the Global Head of Legal and Corporate Secretariat in providing a comprehensive secretarial service for key UK entities, and ensure an updated register of corporate information for subsidiaries abroad. Also acting as Meeting Secretary to three different boards and four committees, preparing agendas in conjunction with the Chairman, collating and issuing papers and attending meetings.

The candidate
- Minimum five year's relevant experience of working in a company secretarial department within financial services (ideally Asset Management covering corporate and fund secretarial matters)
- Strong technical knowledge with a good understanding of current legislative, regulatory and best practice requirements
- Good experience of minute taking
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Good working knowledge of Blueprint software or similar
- Good working knowledge of electronic Board pack software or equivalent
