Description

Lead consultant for a SuccessFactors Compensation Implementation

Scope:

To configure SuccessFactors to support one annual global process, including activities to cover one template for one Salary Increases plan and one for Bonus plan and one Stock Option Plan/Warrant Plan.

To deliver the standard integration to EC and the training.

Apply SAP Launch methodology (prepare, realize, verify, launch phases).

Lead workshops, configure the solution, provide Train the Trainer training, No configuration of The Variable Pay module included.

The Compensation Management stream mainly covers the global compensation process of all countries (and possible integrations with Employee Central).

REQUIRED : SuccessFactors compensation MUST BE CERTIFIED

SuccessFactors Compensation configuration experience - as implementation consultant

Duriation: 3months +extension

Location: fully remote with the exception of 2 weeks.

- 1 week at the beginning, on site in belgium for workbook.

- 1 week at the end, on site for client training.
