I am representing a Client who work within Ultra Precision Technology is looking continue investment into its engineering capability and operations by recruiting a Senior Electronics Engineer to support the ongoing development of its high quality products.
The Role
As a Contract Electronics Engineer you will provide expertise in the in the design and development of the electronic systems for next generation control systems technology.
Responsibilities:
Work as part of multi-disciplinary team on the company's next generation electronic control systems technology.
Deliver working control systems
Assist Project Leader with the creation of Project Plans.
Assist in providing production and service support for the current product range, analyse, root cause and fix problems
Take part in design reviews as a representative from Electronic Engineering.
Requirements
Degree Electronic Engineering/Physics or with experience over some of the following areas:
o VHDL FPGA design
o C programming
And Ideally,
o Analog design ( o Precision/low noise (16bit +) analog design
o Motor drives: brushed d.c., brushless, stepper
o DSP
o Mechatronics/servos
o PCB schematic capture
