We are currently recruiting for our client, a prestigious telecommunications company to support their project in China.


Position Title: Cyber Security Expert
Position Type: contract

Roles and responsibilities:
- To coordinate Joint project team, build the offshore delivery security policy for the security management system at the global service center HQ, regional level and the remote delivery project levels.
- To identify and implement existing security policies issued by company and security requirements of remote delivery operation business.
- To establish remote delivery security policies and standards at Global Service Center level, develop security system tool kits at regional level (GSC, RSC, CSC) delivery center, guidelines for remote delivery customer data protection at the project level and customer security FAQ.

Qualifications and competencies:
- Bachelor or above degree
- Has experience in developing or implementing international information security management system;
- Has good understanding of offshore delivery business, with experience in security consulting or implementation of remote delivery;
- Has familiarization with various mainstream of security management and technical standards such as ISO27001, ISO27033, CSA cloud security requirements etc;
- Proficient in information security management system such as ISO27001 LA, CISM, CISA, CISSP, will be in priority.
- CISSP-ISSAP (Information Systems Security Architecture Professional) or ISO 27001 Registered Auditors will be in priority.
- Grasp the broader IT service and technology management expertise
- Has good command of English and is capable of writing systems and standards. Chinese is mandatory.
