Description
Duties:Instrument Demolition (~120 Instruments)
- Creation of scope document detailing demolition strategy.
- Site survey of instruments, panels and containment routes to be demolished or modified, including collaboration with 3D modellers for representation in the BIM model.
- ACAD Loop drawing updates to show demolition and modification to affected drawings.
- Update panel drawings to show modifications required to existing panels.
- Update Network Architecture drawings to show required demolition.
- Identification of risks associated with demolition works.
- Collaborate with project team and SMEs to establish instrument installation scope.
- Liaise with construction planners to advise on sequencing associated with instrument demolition, installation and modification works.
- Feasibility study into which existing containment can be utilised.
- Design of cable & tube routes for new installation.
- Creation of loop drawings, connection drawings, junction box drawings.
- Production of panel design & schematics.
- This includes field remote IO panels.
- Liaise with the panel builder throughout build.
- Collaboration with 3D modellers for representation of instrumentation, containment & panels in the BIM model.
- Liaison with project team and package SMEs.
- Creation of cable, termination and tube schedules to support installation and testing.
- Drafting of new, and modifications to existing, instrument datasheets.
- Update Network Architecture drawings (Ethernet & Profibus) to show required modifications and additions.
- Liaise with project Electrical Engineer to detail instrumentation and panel power requirements.
- Maintain and update instrument lists.
- Previous design experience for instrument installation.
- Pharmaceutical experience is preferred.
