Senior Windows Desktop Support Engineer - We're looking for ambitious self-starters!

Your Daily Activities Will Include

  • Tier I/Tier II/Tier III - Desktop/Laptop Support - Windows, Office, MS Product Support
  • Diagnose, debug and resolve technical computer hardware and software issues
  • Dell/HP Desktop/Laptop Support, Printer/Device Management
  • Meeting the service level agreements (SLA's) defined by the business
  • Track, monitor and document all requests and resolutions in ITIL based ticketing system
  • Client Server installations, patching, security and update procedures

What Your Background Should Look Like

  • 3-5+ years as a Desktop Support Engineer/Help Desk Technician (preferably with Lead experience)
    • Deep understanding of how Windows environments work with the ability to quickly troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues
    • Ability to function independently with minimal oversight
    • Computer hardware and software installation, troubleshooting, configuration and administration
  • Windows 7, 8, 10 Support
    • Ability to handle a wide array of technical issues
    • Tier I to Tier III desktop issues
  • Excellent communicator, able to adjust approach depending on audience
  • Excellent English

You Will Be a Perfect Fit If You Have

  • Python/PowerShell Scripting
  • Lead experience
