Your Daily Activities Will Include
- Tier I/Tier II/Tier III - Desktop/Laptop Support - Windows, Office, MS Product Support
- Diagnose, debug and resolve technical computer hardware and software issues
- Dell/HP Desktop/Laptop Support, Printer/Device Management
- Meeting the service level agreements (SLA's) defined by the business
- Track, monitor and document all requests and resolutions in ITIL based ticketing system
- Client Server installations, patching, security and update procedures
What Your Background Should Look Like
- 3-5+ years as a Desktop Support Engineer/Help Desk Technician (preferably with Lead experience)
- Deep understanding of how Windows environments work with the ability to quickly troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues
- Ability to function independently with minimal oversight
- Computer hardware and software installation, troubleshooting, configuration and administration
- Windows 7, 8, 10 Support
- Ability to handle a wide array of technical issues
- Tier I to Tier III desktop issues
- Excellent communicator, able to adjust approach depending on audience
- Excellent English
