Senior Solution Support Engineer (Windows) (m/f)

Your tasks:
- Under general direction, maintain and support solutions in collaboration with internal and external suppliers, in accordance with the appropriate service level agreements (SLAs), service management processes (Incident Management, Change Management, etc.), and quality and documentation standards
- Evaluate alternative informatics technologies where required and research industry best practices and emerging trends
- Evaluation of solutions regarding their functionality, fit-to-purpose and cost/benefit
- Monitoring and continuous improvement of defined support process though KPIs and SLAs incl. communication to relevant stakeholders
- Technical lead in small to medium sized IT projects
- IT consultancy for business areas concerning site related IT topics
- Manage the deployment of changes and releases to the productive environment in partnership with internal and external partners
- Maintaining documentation related to quality as well as system documentation
Your qualifications
- Very profound professional IT experience in a major, global organization
- Experience managing solutions in a regulated environment and with Computer System Validation
- Experience in the health care/medtech industry
- Experience in leading maintenance and support activities
- ITIL knowledge, ITIL Foundation certification preferred
- Project Management, Client Engineering and Barcode Scanning experience is beneficial
- Strong communication and troubleshooting skills
- Advanced English reading, writing, listening and speaking skills
- Knowledge of IT systems: Windows Servers , MS SQL Server , Windows 7 & Windows 10 Clients, Label Printing, Barcode Scanner
