MAC & Windows Infrastructure 1st/2nd line support, Amsterdam, €Good
Our client is embarking on a migration project and we are looking to for a 1st/2nd line support engineers to support the team and users during the migration process.
You will need to have knowledge of MAC and Wintel environments in order to be able to take and manage calls through to completion and possibly assist with the migration process.
You will also be expected to work with internal and external teams during the project, so excellent communication and people skills will be essential
As this role is for Amsterdam you will need to be fluent in Dutch, but can be from either UK or The Netherlands but will need to be based in Amsterdam.
