University Recruiter
Based in London, our client is renowned for their continuing advancements in online technologies that have changed the world. An ambitious, fast paced forward thinking company with very creative culture.
They require a University Recruiter with 2+ years of experience recruiting university candidates. Initially on a 10-month contract, managing the full-cycle recruiting process for new graduates and interns across several technical and non-technical teams.

The Ideal Candidate:
- At least 2 years of experience recruiting university candidates.
- Degree educated.
- Familiar with recruiting for technical roles
- A strong communicator, capable of working within a team and has outstanding interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with managers, interviewers, and team members throughout the hiring process.
- Tech savvy, with good knowledge of the IT industry.
- Willing to travel during peak recruiting cycles.
A General Day:
- Oversee the full-cycle recruiting process for new graduates and interns.
- Liaise with industry recruiters to assist candidate transition and support candidate experience.
- Work with client groups and hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and goals.
- Screen CVs and interview suitable candidates.
- Execute the offer process.
- Conduct interview and hiring discussions with interviewers and hiring managers.
- Build professional relationships with university staff and faculty.
- Serve as a resource to interns throughout the on-boarding experience etc.
