My client is in need of a SAP Change Manager for a 12 month contract on a large roll out project.
The main responsibility of the Change Manager is to support the local Deployment Manager and the central team in successfully rolling out and ensuring business readiness in the affiliates.
The Change Partner has the responsibility to ensure that the change activities are in line with the central team guidelines and aligned with key business stakeholders. The role is based in Barcelona, Spain but with extensive travel between Denmark, Spain, Italy and Portugal.
You should speak Fluent English and either Spanish or Italian... of course if you speak all three languages it would be a distinct advantage.
It is important that you have experience with Organizational Change.
