Security L3 engineer(European Citizen)
Job Description:
Candidate must have following exposure/experience of:
- Mapping the Requirements, developing SOW of the project and finalization of project requirements.
- Providing end to end management of projects from Initialization to final Closure of projects.
- Holding review meetings to monitor progress of the project as per schedule and ensuring timely completion & delivery of the project.
- Handling various technical aspects like System Design & Integration, monitoring Critical Project Paths & taking appropriate actions.
- Delivering and implementing the project as per scheduled deadlines; extending post-implementation and maintenance support to the technical support team and client.
- Project Management of Steady state projects with enhancing Service Delivery, Delivery Compliance and Managing Quality Audits.
- Proficient at developing effective security policies and procedures, project documentation and milestones, and technical/business specifications.
- Remote Infrastructure Management: Managing Network and Security Devices; Datacenter Security Administration, Technical Support and Project Execution.
Team Management
- Leading the team and look after their issues and escalation. Setting up their KPI(s), mentoring & trainings to the team, and tracking the productivity & performance of the team
- Directing, leading and motivating workforce; imparting continuous on job training for accomplishing greater operational effectiveness/efficiency.
- Working on succession planning of the workforce, appraising the member's performance & providing feedback.
Candidate must have exposure on following products:
Firewalls: Palo Alto, And Cisco or Checkpoint
Antivirus: Symantec or Mcafee suite
URL filtering/Proxy: Bluecoat & Websense or IronPort
Any 2 Factor Authentication, Any SIEM tool
