Mission:
Our clients’ team is looking for an ambitious and hungry Sr. Business Analyst for their Dallas location.This role must modulate between strategic planning and tactical execution in conjunction with internal market, product and engineering and sales leadership. The Business Analysts (or Product Owners) are the critical thinking bridges between ideation and execution, bringing it all together for successful market deliveries.

Responsibilities:
- Understand our Clients’ strategic and competitive position (globally and locally) to participate in the definition and delivery the best products that maintain and shape competitive advantage and market position
- Collaborate with Product Management and Marketing to understand the strategic mission, connecting the dots between strategy and execution
- Create, maintain and groom the product backlog, continuously re-prioritizing based on business strategy, customer needs and value delivery
- Specify product requirements, including feature prioritization across products and countries and develop use cases to support features implementation
- Interact with development teams to drive product feature clarity, prioritization and delivery – escalating and strategic impediments and knocking down any barriers to success
- Partner closely with the product marketing teams to create documentation and marketing materials needed for launch and commercialization

The Candidate Profile:
- End to End thinking - the ability to see how parts interact with the whole chain (big picture thinking)
- Interpersonal and leadership skills - servant leadership, collaboration, facilitation, and negotiation skills
- Communication skills, both written and spoken in English
- Ability to explain complex technical issues in a way that non-technical people may understand
- Experience with the automotive industry, platform Product Management or global Product Management a strong plus
- Must possess enough technical knowledge to effectively manage features and roadmap

Required professional qualifications & skills:
- 5+ years of product management experience in the software or automotive sector with a strong track record of developing and launching successful enterprise products
- Collaborative team player that can also lead cross-functional teams to deliver products on time and with quality
- Strong creative problem-solving and analytical skills to identify opportunities and pain-points through research, data and customer insights to improve the customer experience and drive conversion.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum Development methods
- You are comfortable to work with a high degree of independence and responsibility but also a team oriented with a positive and can-do attitude.
- Take-charge attitude with strong business acumen, results orientation and decision making skills
- Excellent written and communication skills in English
- MS/BS degree in Business, Engineering or equivalent preferred
