IT Solution Manager

Our client, a global leading telecommunication company are recruiting for an IT Solution Manager to join their business in the France.

Responsibilities:
- Uses knowledge of competitive solutions to effectively address and dispel customer objections to the client’s solutions, and train the account team.
- Develops relationships with the account team, partners and customers in support of sales team objectives and engages and leverages corporate resources, abilities, budgets and personnel as appropriate.
- Strategizes and executes technical sales calls
- Configure and document the client’s software, hardware and service solutions to meet customer and sales objectives.
- Complete required presales documentation quickly and accurately.
- Qualifies sales opportunities in the terms of customer technical requirements, competition, decision making process and funding.
- Assume a support role in District Sales and Services Leadership Meetings.
- Present and market the design and value of proposed storage solution and business case to customers, prospects and management.
- Possesses strong, detailed product/technology/industry knowledge. Knowledge of job associated software and applications.
- Assists the Sales Team to develop and implement specific account penetration strategies, produce account specific product and service and sales plans

Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years in a Storage & Server Presale Function
- Ability to understand the customer's needs in order to design the desired solution.
- At least 3 years of technical pre-sales or pro-sales working experience with the incumbents in EU.
- Tender project experience is preferred.
- Proven ability to partner with service providers and develop new business models for service subscribers using new technologies.
- Proven ability to manage customer accounts in cooperation with Sales management at CxO and technical level.
- Detailed knowledge of carrier business models and service management strategies.
- Proficient in both verbal and written French and English languages.
- Storage Professional Certification desired.
