Civil work Manager (site construction) - French speaking
Civil Work Manager role is to Manage civil work project implementation of one region under an open supervision for upgrade of existing Telecom site. The purpose is to adapt sites to cope with additional 2G/3G/4G. Take the responsibility to manage all phases of studies, site preparation, security, drawings, and service activities such as planning, designing, subcontracting, installation, commissioning, technical support to sub contractors. The CW Manager handles the reporting of the on-site civil works. The involved works are subcontractors' performance management, cost control, quality assurance, and project risk analysis in the region.
Subcontractor's Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but, not limited to:
Project CW/installation quality.
Cost required for implementation of the project.
The project schedule and timely receipt of PAC and FAC.
Field project implementation progress and issue solving.
Subcontractor performance management and support.
