Description
Our client, a global investment bank, is looking to hire an Engineer to support their Skype for Business Project. Experience working with Skype for Business or a similar platform is necessary as is experience working with NICE. Previous experience working within banking and finance is favorable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Finalizing Engineering of Skype for business recording in NTR
- Skype for business UAT Voice Recording build
- Skype for business UAT Voice Recording configuration
- Skype for business UAT Voice Recording full integration test
- Completion of engineering documentation for the skype for business integration
- Deployment guidelines
- Operating guidelines
- Site relevant designs
- System specific design
- Knowledge transfer to installation engineers
- Training of operations
- Handover of product to Operations
- Installation and go-live support for systems in Production
This is a contract role based in Birmingham with an immediate start.
