IT Support Officer, Alicante
We are looking for an IT support officer with intermediate English to join our client's Operations support team in Alicante, Spain starting ASAP. Please apply immediately for details of this excellent long term opportunity to develop your IT career working on a variety of projects in a great location for a European organisation. Contract to end 2017, with annual renewals (multi-year assignment).
Working hours: 8 hour shifts to cover the period 06.00 to 20.00, and weekends in rotation.

EXPERIENCE:
Ideally you should have 2 years experience in an IT role dealing with Operations administration in an ITIL environment.
Mandatory Skills Required:
- Knowledge ITIL/CMMI processes, 2 years
- Experience IT Support, 2 years
- Professional IT qualification required (University desirable)
ROLE
You will be working on different projects in IT Operations for a large IT organisation providing administrative support to IT Support & Monitoring, and gaining a variety of experience in different areas.
