Description
Our client a leading technology vendor is currently seeking a sales administrator to join their in house sales function. The client is an known IT provider specialising within the information security sector.
The sales administrator will be responsible for supporting the internal function who are responsible for contacting former and current clients regarding new offers and new technologies as well as offering on going support. The successful candidate will be responsible for logging new customer records on an internal CRM and managing customer queries.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Previous telephone based sales experience
- Experience working on bespoke CRM
- Good customer service experience
- Candidates that have an immediate availability will be at a distinct advantage.
