Job Description:
Summary: Assure that qualification, validation, equipment management activities as well as CSV
Activities within the area of responsibility of the department are completed in time and documented in a traceable manner. Assure that corrective and preventive action as well as effectiveness checks within the area of responsibility (e.g. SCAR cases) of the department are completed in time and documented in a traceable manner.
Job Responsibilities:
-Support and consult the business partners of the department in the area of qualification, validation, equipment management as well as CSV activities as assigned.
-Assurance and continuous monitoring of cGMP compliance (e.g. FDA, IVDD, ISO) at RDI within the area of responsibility of the department.
-Support and performance of assigned, general and specific tasks within the area of responsibility of the department.
-Performance of trainings within the area of responsibility of the department.
Skills:
-At least 5 years of experience in area of medical devices and especially Supplier Quality and Qualification & Validation.
-Monitoring and Tracking of SCAR cases (Supplier Corrective Action Requests) according to daily business.
-Handling and/ or review of Periodic Reviews (Qualification, Validation, CSV) according to daily business.

-Sharepoint
-MS Office
-Temporary support for SCARs and Q&V topics in Team Q&V and Supplier Quality
Education:
-Higher Education, such as Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or similar
-Qualification for Supplier Quality topics or similar
-Qualification for Qualification & Validation or similar
Languages: Excellent spoken and written German and English
