Position: IT Asset Management (Flexera SME)
Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands
Duration: 6 - 12 months +
Job Description:
- Develops and documents Client's license model and ensures this model is reflected in FlexNet Management Suite tool configuration & data
- Develops, Implements, and Tracks software license maturity plan to increase Client's license position maturity and overall compliance
- Documents software license compliance approach, process, and roles & responsibilities
- Develops, updates, and presents software license compliance performance metrics including software license position, number of titles in compliance, etc.
- Proactively monitors for non-compliance situations and makes immediate plans for rectification; once plans are approved by Client, tasks are executed per plan
- Manage and maintain software titles in the software catalog
- Tracks savings related to renewals, avoided license purchases, and other realized savings
- Review of new software titles to be introduced to the Client's environment
- Works within Remedy to fulfil IT requests related to software or as required
