The main responsibilities include:
Analysing the impact of every change requests and assign the task to based on the maintenance window schedules as well as arrange meetings and take the decisions based on the meetings.
To be successful you need to understand the IP and Transport network and the various physical connectivity options.
You will work on assigned change requests and notify customers based on the scheduled date and maintain and control the SLA/KPIs related to changes.
The role will also require follow up of closure of completed change request and ensuring that there are not multiple major changes on the same date in the same area. Assign various cases to Operations and NOC teams, analyse and highlight risk to change manager and management.
A good understanding of ITIL change process is mandatory as is fluent Norwegian - speaking and writing.
