Description
Migration IT Support Engineer Contract Dublin 6 months.
You will work as part of a Desktop and Print Migration team who are responsible for the migration of desktops from Windows XP to Windows 7 and the deployment of a secure pull printing solution at client locations countrywide.
The following are required for the role:
- Hands on experience in:
o Working with networked Windows XP & Windows 7 Operating Systems
o Desktop and Printer hardware installation and configuration
o Operating system installation and configuration
o troubleshooting desktop and printer issues
o Compiling structured and detailed documentation
- Customer-focused and customer-first mind-set
- Excellent customer service and communications skills
- Pro-active approach to completion of tasks and has the ability to carry out tasks independently
